Keeping it PINK and healthy in October
- 500g smoked salmon
- 2tablespoons cream cheese
- 2sheets mountain bread or 2 sheets flat bread or 2 sheets tortillas
- Place a sheet of mountain bread on a chopping board.
- Spread cream cheese all over the bread.
- Cover the bread with finely sliced smoked salmon.
- Roll up tightly.
- Cut into 2 cm slices.
