Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Swirls

Keeping it PINK and healthy in October


  • 500g smoked salmon
  • 2tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2sheets mountain bread or 2 sheets flat bread or 2 sheets tortillas


  • Place a sheet of mountain bread on a chopping board.
  • Spread cream cheese all over the bread.
  • Cover the bread with finely sliced smoked salmon.
  • Roll up tightly.
  • Cut into 2 cm slices.
